Group Commander

Job Description: The Group Commander is responsible for the appearance, discipline, effectiveness, training, and conduct of the cadet group, planning and conducting all corps activities, and ensuring cadets have the opportunity to develop leadership. It is the Group Commander's job and goal to assist the cadet corps in meeting all the Group Goals and ensuring we meet the standard of excellence set by the previous years of FL-802.​

Deputy Group Commander

Job Description: The Deputy Group Commander is the counterbalance to the Group Commander. The Deputy Group Commander helps run meetings and works directly with the Group Commander and the Instructors to develop new ideas to run the Cadet Group.

Command Chief Master Sergeant

Job Description: The job of the Command Chief Master Sergeant is to represent and oversee the discipline of all the enlisted ranks and oversee the Squadron Commanders. The Command CMSgt also in charge of the Merit/Demerit Policy and responsible for the training of the SNCOs and Officers. 

Inspector Generals

Job Description: The Inspector Generals act as a point of contact for cadets to report issues, ensure compliance with regulations, and serve as a liaison to the command by serving as the commander's "eyes and ears" for the unit.

Executive Assistant

Grade: 10
Job Description: The job of the Executive Assistant is to act as the liaison between the Group Commanders and the rest of the unit. The Executive Assistant takes notes during Group Staff meetings, as well as run the meeting itself. The Executive Assistant also oversees all deadlines in the unit.

Operations Support Squadron

Job Description: The Operations Support Squadron Commander has the duty of leading, guiding, and executing operations components within JROTC. The commander also tracks our Honor Guard, Activities, Training, PT, and Community Service to make sure they are accurate and fulfilled with excellence.

Operations Support Squadron Deputy Commander

Job Description: The Operations Support Squadron Deputy Commander has the duty of assisting the Commander with supervising and regulating the Honor Guard, Activities, Training, PT, and Community Service.

Honor Guard Commander

Job Description: The Honor Guard Commander's duty is to oversee all the special teams in FL-802, including Unarmed Drill, Rifle Team, Sabre Team, and Color Guard: The Honor Guard Commander is in charge of making sure all of the teams have the equipment and supplies they need to perform their best at competitions. The Honor Guard Commander also helps organize activities, events, and competitions for the teams, ensuring there is no conflict between any of the activities.

Physical Training Officer

Description: The PT Officer's duty consists of creating a weekly PT agenda and ensuring it gets executed properly. The PT Officer also monitors our cadets' progress throughout the year and inputs the data into WINGS.

OSS WINGS Specialist

Job Description: The WINGS Specialist is responsible for maintaining and updating cadet information in the WINGS system. This includes recording cadet Physical Training (PT) data, and logging service hours.


Mission Support Squadron

Mission Support Squadron Commander

Job Description: The Mission Support Squadron Commander is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and supervising the mission components within JROTC to assume that information is up to date and on track. The Commander improves and maintains the progress, achievements, and expectations of cadets within the squadron. The Commander is also in charge of ensuring that there is a briefing to present every day in class.

Mission Support Squadron Deputy Commander

Job Description: The Deputy Mission Support Squadron Commander is responsible for helping the Mission Support Squadron Commander with tasks, such as maintaining the progress, achievements, and expectations of cadets in and out of the squadron. The Deputy Mission Support Squadron Commander is introduced to the management of FL-802's squadron in the coordination of meetings by Recruiting and APT, overseen by the Mission Support Squadron Commander. 

Personnel Officer

Job Description: The job of Personnel Officer is to keep the cadet records of the unit up-to-date. In order to do so, the Personnel Officer must do things such as create ribbon and promotion orders, as well as managing cadets' data in WINGS. If there are any problems with your rank, ribbons, or cadet profile, the Personnel Officer is the one to contact.​

Personnel Assistant

C/ Master Sergeant Jordan Molnar

Job Description: The job of the Personnel Assistant is to assist the Personnel Officer to keep the cadet records of the unit up-to-date as well as help to create ribbon and promotion orders as well as managing cadet's data in WINGS.

Recruiting Officers

 C/ Airman First Class Deana Cuevas and C/ Gabriel Teixeira
Grade: 12

Job Description: Recruiting Officer is the one who travels to middle schools and tries to get students to join AFJROTC. The job doesn’t just end at traveling to middle schools, however. The Recruiting Officer tries to recruit within their school. The job is to show others what they can learn and get out of by doing JROTC. The goal of the Recruiting Officer is to get more students and peers to join this amazing program. The job of Recruiting Officer is to show future and present cadets how things work within our program.

Videographer Officer

Job Description: The videographer officers job is to create fun and engaging content  for our unit. They deal with recruitment, air force ball, and senior night videos. The public affairs officer and webmaster work hand in hand with the videographer officer to make sure all content is on all platforms.​​​

Videography Deputy Officer

Job Description: The videographer deputy officers job is to assist the videographer officer with any task. They work hand in hand creating videos and content for our unit.​​

Public Affairs Officer

C/ Senior Airman Aubree Herrera
Grade: 10​
Job Description: ​​The Public Affairs Officer takes all of the pictures of the cadets at the different events that the unit participates in. The Public Affairs Officer also writes paragraphs about each event to post on the unit’s website and submits those to the school's PTSO weekly newsletter. 

Board Manager

Job Description: The Board Manager keeps the bulletin boards in the 500 building updated as our unit continues to participate in a variety of events.​

Board Manager Assistant

Job Description: The job of the Board Manager Assistant is to assist the Board Manager in keeping the bulletin boards in the 500 building updated as our unit continues to participate in a variety of events.

   

Webmaster/Slidemaster

Job Description: The Webmasters are responsible for designing, updating, creating, and monitoring the website at all times throughout their term as Webmaster. The Webmasters also holds a vital position in the cadet corps by finding solutions to all website and cyberspace related problems within the unit and constantly updating the unit’s website. The Webmaster is also responsible for creating the semi-weekly brief.

Uniform Specialist

Kitty Hawk Honor Society 

President

Job Description: Duties of the Kitty Hawk Honor Society President include overseeing all Kitty Hawk operations. Also planning and coordinating meetings, the picnic, the Air Force ball, and other Community Service opportunities. 

Vice President
